Adventure Projects

We recognise that many people want to take a break from their hectic lifestyles to support overseas community and charitable projects. You could be giving much needed time to orphans and underprivileged children in Peru or Cape Town, or possibly helping on projects with endangered wildlife. Adventure can make a difference!

  Surf and Save Turtles in Costa Rica

  All Year

  If you are looking for a beach break then these projects on the beautiful Pacific coast need you on board. You will be learning to surf and helping to conserve the local sea turtle population during two sun-kissed weeks. You’ll be living on the beach coupling surfing lessons and supervised surf practice with patrolling the beaches and preparing turtle hatcheries. You will make a big difference and a lot of friends!

  Community Work with Children near Mount Kenya

  All Year

  This is a valuable project whose aim is to deal with the spiralling problems caused by the HIV/AIDS epidemic. Many children have lost parents to the disease and now face a life on the streets without any support network. Volunteers will provide companionship to the children and teach each of them vital English language skills.
