Since 1998 Rock UK Trailblazers has been dedicated to the task of supporting charities in their fundraising initiatives by facilitating high quality and safe worldwide adventure challenge events. We are a dedicated and dynamic team committed to providing all of our clients the support and advice needed to ensure fundraising adventure events are a success, and are very proud of the income we have helped generate for the charity sector. Our flexible approach recognises the need to offer iconic worldwide destinations in addition to low cost short duration UK based events, and our well established adventure credentials enable us to design and create many exciting fundraising solutions for your charity.
Are challenge events for me?
We recognise the time and financial pressures charities face which can very often be a barrier to promoting these potentially lucrative and publicity rich events. Therefore we offer challenge events in three ways, each designed to suit your specific needs.
1. I don’t have the time or budget to organise an event
You only need one person to represent your charity to make this a worthwhile venture. On average an overseas participant raises about £2000, all of which goes to your charity. Simply click free jpeg please and we will send you any additional information you may require plus a promotional challenge events jpeg which you can post on the events page of your website directing contacts to our challenge pages. Let the customer decide where they want to go, we handle ALL the admin and logistics and YOU receive the sponsorship money. It costs you NOTHING and we will also provide you with a link on our website. All we ask is that you keep the profile of adventure challenges alive throughout your network.
2. I don’t have an events budget but have a destination preference
No problem, we offer the same service as described above but we will also provide you with the necessary marketing templates and work alongside you to help promote one of our open challenge events, all at no cost to your charity. These events will be attended by other charities, however, we have a responsible approach to adventure tourism and ensure sensible maximum numbers.
3. I would like an event just for my charity
If you know you can get a good sized group together, prefer the benefits of exclusivity and want a choice of destinations, then we can offer you all the services above plus a tailored package to meet your specific requirements. There is an arrangement fee for your charity.
